What you will be doing

Demand Generation Lead is a key role responsible for overseeing all aspects of demand generation to achieve revenue goals that support the company’s growth. You are highly cross-functional, strategic and both creative and analytical. You’ll lead a team that collaborates across functions to execute and optimise integrated, multi-channel programmes that nurture and ultimately deliver qualified, high-quality leads to self-serve and sales funnels.

You’ll define channel, ROI goals and reporting, and then own achievement of those goals. An analytical, strategic, and results-driven marketer who likes to roll up your sleeves and get things done, you’ll partner with leaders across Marketing, Sales, and Product to develop our integrated campaign strategy and drive the execution of those campaigns across our owned and paid marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, seeks to optimise, stays at the cutting edge of modern digital marketing practices, and has an unbridled passion for working hand-in-hand with sales teams to drive successful growth outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive Codat’s demand generation strategy to generate new business, and expand the existing customer base. Own execution of its associated plan, including scope, target outcomes, key success metrics
  • Own key business and net new revenue and logo growth across all segments and funnels
  • Build, design, plan, manage, measure, and optimise integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline
  • Monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, visitors, collateral downloads, leads, SQLs, new logos, sign-ups and revenue
  • Define and orchestrate all online and offline marketing, acquisition, and global campaign efforts across global marketing channels including web, SEM, Paid Social, webinars, email, and more in partnership with content marketing, PMM, field marketing and BDRs
  • Work with Sales to orchestrate an account-based marketing strategy using tactics such as live events, webinars, content and digital advertising to reach buyers
  • Lead the Demand Marketing team with a hands-on, flexible, collaborative approach amid rapidly shifting challenges and pressures in a fast-paced, results-driven culture.Work collaboratively to build, inspire, manage, and grow a high-performing team
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to report on key performance metrics and use data to optimise campaign strategies continually
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
  • Track performance and allocate budget across channels to maximise our marketing spend. Monitor performance across key metrics and KPIs to forecast trends

What excites us

  • Senior marketing professional with a minimum of 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience with a category-leading SaaS company
  • Proven track record of defining and executing demand marketing strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs
  • Built and developed a demand generation team/function with demonstratable success metrics
  • Deep understanding of CRM, marketing automation, SEM, account-based marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology
  • Experience growing and running a high-performing team and scaling through agency and contractor resources
  • Confident in managing numerous projects simultaneously and have a strong sense of responsibility, accountability and urgency in everything you do
  • Experience in marketing to tech and SaaS companies through digital and non-digital demand gen tactics
  • Deep understanding of lead management and sales funnel management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including being able to convey complex topics with simplicity
  • Excellent strategic thinking and ability to influence and work collaboratively across organisations
  • Proven experience scaling demand generation programmes through technology, data and process
