What you will be doing

We are looking for an experienced Design Lead who can help bring creative output & branding to the next level. You will be responsible for translating our brand positioning and marketing objectives into clear creative strategies across our online & offline channels.

You are a passionate and confident team player and leader who wants to lead creatively and strategically across all creative touch points of the business. You have a hands-on approach, with meticulous attention to details, able to deliver on-brand and original creative ideas

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and development of creative deliverables across multichannel campaigns
  • Provide design direction, while also being hands on with the execution of design work
  • Lead a small team of designers, responsible for the creation of all marketing and digital design collateral
  • Take ownership of key data points such as ROI and CTR to constantly improve the quality of content produced for our campaigns
  • Help us make every interaction with our brand memorable and compelling, and work with others to increase our brand awareness
  • Help craft, evolve and maintain our brand system enabling us to work efficiently at the highest quality
  • Develop creative direction informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding

What excites us

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in established advertising agencies, graphic studios, branding agencies, or in-house SaaS / Fintech roles
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to function as a detail-oriented project leader as well as an individual contributor
  • An incredible and diverse portfolio of work
  • A clear communicator – ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the Creative group
  • A strong understanding of Brand systems, and the ability to provide flexibility where needed, while still adhering to Brand guidelines
  • Experience working with and evolving content standards, style guides, voice and tone guidelines
  • Managing a team of awesome designers
