Responsibilities

You will be helping ensure the smooth running of our London office and be the first welcome point for everyone coming Into the building.

  • Manage our London office Monday-Friday, 9-5.
  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office, and maintaining front door security during business hours
  • Act as the main point of contact for office suppliers, including cleaners, food, facilities management, and arranging any needed repairs
  • Assist with organizing company meetings, events, and company travel arrangements  
  • Assist with office vendor renewals or changes as needed
  • Assist with managing any needed office budgets as required, such as with office supplies or vendors
  • Assist management team when needed, including when the Executive Assistant is out
  • Coordinate with and assist IT department on office equipment or basic troubleshooting such as wifi access, conference room meeting tech, or available supplies (cords/headphones)
  • Help with new hires on day one as needed, such as with introductions to the office
  • Assist with Health and safety policies or coordination, including fire safety procedures and evacuation plans
  • Other general administrative support as needed, including supporting employee or office queries, office supplies, mail, project work, or other office operations or procedures

With this role being our office manager it is important that you are happy to be in the office 9-5 Monday-Friday. Our office is based in Farringdon, London.
