What you will be doing

As the first Product Marketer within our Banking team, your job is to drive adoption of Codat with some of our largest customers and prospects. In this role you will help to craft a vision and messaging strategy for the products and solutions we build for some of the largest financial institutions in the world. You will help drive adoption of these solutions by having a strong understanding of our customer’s pain points, partnering across product teams to develop true solutions, creating compelling narratives and developing effective go-to-market approaches.

This role is highly visible within Codat and is perfect for someone who loves to build something from the ground up and thrives in fast-moving and fast-growing environments. You’ll act as a general manager, working with multiple cross-functional teams - product, engineering, sales, growth, marketing, and many more teams - to drive adoption of these products.

Responsibilities

  • Understand how to scope and execute marketing strategies needed to reach different customer segments
  • Advocate for our existing and prospective Enterprise customers, be informed about our competitive landscape, and become an expert in Codat’s multi-product solutions and the use cases they address
  • Develop solution messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding
  • Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams—product managers, sales, design, comms, and engineering—to develop go-to-market strategy and drive launches for our products
  • Understand our customer journeys, quantitatively measure the effectiveness of our solution marketing programs in driving the outcomes we want to see, and analyse customer data to identify new trends and emerging patterns in multi-product usage
  • Partner with the Product and Demand / Growth Marketing teams to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis

Salary Banding

$150,000-$175,000 / year
