What we do at Codat

Codat is a fast-growing technology company based in London which is growing rapidly in the US and Canada. Our product is a universal API for small business financial data.

Banks and fintechs use our technology to easily connect to the software systems used by their small business customers, allowing them to read and write data via a single API. Codat’s technology has many applications across financial services and business services, but lending is our most established sector. Given the current economic climate, lenders need for real time data on their business customers has never been greater.

We are well-funded with a large and growing number of enterprise and fintech clients. We most recently received a $10M investment from Index Ventures, a leading global venture capital firm. We have also been awarded $10M in grant funding from the RBS Capability and Innovation Fund to help power our growth.

What you will be doing

Our Solutions team manage all aspects of the technical relationship with our rapidly growing portfolio of clients. As a respected technical and product expert, you will draw on your client facing skills and technical knowledge to help clients successfully adopt Codat’s products.

Partnering with our commercial team during the pre-sales process you’ll demonstrate the value of Codat to prospective clients and develop a complete understanding of their business needs. You’ll be responsible for building solution proposals to best solve their requirements, proactively overcome technical objections and gather client feedback and feature requests.

Post-sales, throughout implementation you’ll develop relationships with technology stakeholders to understand their processes and goals. You’ll provide technical guidance and best practices to help clients accelerate their journey to integrate with our platform and optimize their business processes to ensure they continue to derive the maximum value from Codat.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements to help design solutions to ensure they get the most value from our platform
  • Become a recognized expert in our product offering and develop sector expertise to ensure we are always promoting the best solutions
  • Use your previous technical experience to answer technical implementation questions, test out proposed solutions via our API and help clients troubleshoot integrations alongside our Support team
  • Confident presenting and leading demos, user training and workshops to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Own the creation of technical documentation including solution proposals and guides to ensure our clients have clarity on how to use and implement Codat
  • Capture client feedback, feature enhancements and priorities – partnering with our Product and Engineering teams to consult, track and manage delivery and client communication
  • Excellent time management and organization skills to manage multiple clients
  • Own and manage the client lifecycle from onboarding to go live
  • Partner with our account management teams to develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients to ensure visibility of their business priorities and continuously advocate Codat’s value proposition
