With this connectivity, our clients are building next generation products to take the friction out of running a small business, from business management software to alternative lending and corporate cards.

What you will be doing

Codat is scaling rapidly. We have doubled our head count year on year for the past few years and have ambitious plans to continue this pace of growth. As a result, the Talent team is looking after well over 50 open positions at any time.

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join this fast-paced team and assist with some critical aspects of our hiring to ensure that we are providing a great experience to candidates and allowing the wider talent team to continue to hunt for top talent.

You will be helping to:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across the entire function
  • Help ensure our ATS is clean and that team members have provided feedback or moved candidates through a process
  • Helping to hold hiring managers to account when feedback hasn't been provided on candidates
  • Uploading new positions to our ATS
  • Hosting interviews – introducing virtual interviews
  • Helping with project work that can improve processes and brand awareness
  • Ad-hoc CV screening when required

What excites us

  • You have previous experience as a coordinator for an internal Talent team or have experience within administration for a people function
  • You want to develop a career in Talent Acquisition
  • You are rigorously organised and constantly searching for ways to improve or do more
  • You have experience managing ATS systems (we use Greenhouse) and have perhaps some experiences with using interview scheduling tools
  • You are a natural team player and want to ensure that your work can help achieve overall team success
  • You want to learn and have a curiosity that drives you, you don’t want to just sit and be told what to do but want to uncover new things and bring new ideas to the team.
