Cync Software is a brand of NDS Systems, LC, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Idexcel, Inc., a Herndon, Virginia-based IT company specializing in IT professional consulting and solution services. Idexcel purchased NDS Systems over 10 years ago in an effort to grow their software programming presence and is a fully ownedsubsidiary of Idexcel, Inc. In addition, Idexcel wanted to leverage business process engineering and vertical market expertise focusing on the financial and manufacturing services marketplace.

NDS Systems has been in business for 30+ years and is the core software development arm of the organization. NDS has several Fortune 1000 Enterprises running on its robust ERP package and is an Amazon Web Services, Monarch, and Oracle Gold Partner. Idexcel has been in business since 1998. Some of its Fortune 500 clients include GE, Verizon, T-Mobile, Fannie Mae, TIAA-CREF, Fidelity Investments, Trans America, and HP.
