Meet our Codat Insiders

I joined Codat in February 2022 after working in solutions engineering and sales strategy for a financial crime and compliance company for 7+ years. I love chatting all things FinTech, payments and New York City dining!

Coming from an accounting background, joining Codat over a year ago has allowed me to utilise my knowledge in a forward-thinking environment while also continuously challenging and feeding my understanding of technology. Having recently taken up the role as a Principal Technical BA it's exciting times ahead.

I was lucky #13 when joined Codat in 2018. Currently I am a Lead Engineer of a team, having worked in several different engineering teams. I've been able to watch the Engineering team grow from 10 to over 100 in size.

I joined Codat after 13 years in the corporate treasury space, looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced Fintech. As the first hire in the Implementation team, it has been a really exciting journey as I have been tasked with building out new processes and hiring a global team as we scale up the function to support our expanding client base.

I have been lucky to work at Codat as the youngest employee globally. Having graduated college with a background in athletics and leadership, I wanted to work at a company that placed the same trust in young hires that they would in executives. I was quickly reminded that Codat did indeed offer me that, as I have been treated like a seasoned veteran from Day 1.

I graduated with a Law degree in 2019 and entered the world of Security Compliance. I joined Codat as their first security hire in December 2021. All of my previous roles had been remote, so I love that I can head into Codat’s London office to spend time with colleagues in person.
